Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving access to your digital product or service to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Since our products and services are provided digitally, no physical return shipping is required.

To start a refund or cancellation request, please contact us at support@pixelcore.online. Please include your order number, the email used for purchase, and a short explanation of your request.

Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before the digital product, service, or access has been delivered or activated. If the service has already started or access has already been provided, cancellation and refund eligibility will be reviewed according to this policy.

Damages and Issues
If you experience any technical issue, receive incorrect access, or cannot use the purchased digital product or service, please contact us immediately at support@pixelcore.online so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
We may not be able to provide refunds for digital products or services that have already been accessed, downloaded, used, or fully delivered, unless required by applicable law. We also cannot accept refunds for gift cards or promotional/sale items, unless otherwise required by law.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for digital products or services, this right may no longer apply once you have agreed to immediate access or service delivery and the digital content or service has been provided.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your refund request and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
